摘　　要：本文介绍了一套集成了DCS、工业控制计算机和PLC,包含了过程控制和运动控制的计算机集成生产系统。分析了DCS、工业控制计算机和PLC的分工与协作。着重阐述了张力控制和交流同步伺服传动系统。This article introduces a set of a computer integrated production system (CIPS) which is integrated by Total Distributed Control System, industrial computer and PLC, including both process control and motion control. It analyses the divided functions and cooperation of DCS, industrial computer and PLC, whose tension control system and AC synchroniza-tion servo drive system are emphatically elaborated
