摘　　要：针对当前国内制造业生产管理系统的主生产计划制定存在的适应性不强的问题,分析了各类企业对主生产计划的业务及功能需求,在此基础上,重点研究了适应多种生产类型的主生产计划技术及其相关的支持技术,并给出了应用实例。Master production schedule (MPS) is important in ERP or MRPII, and the adaptability ofexisting production management systems is weak in commodity software. Consideringthe businesses of different types of enterprises and their function requirement on MPS,the conception of flexible MPS is proposed, and we put great emphasis on techniques ofenacting MPS, which is suitable for different types of enterprises. Associating with ZT-ERP, we take some examples to certify that the flexible MPS method is feasible andvaluable.
