摘　　要：本文主要介绍了辉光放电光谱仪的基本原理、分析特点以及在金属材料分析中的应用 ,并从理论上推导出辉光放电光谱分析技术用于金属材料分析的理论依据。着重介绍了基板分析、深度逐层分析。对磷青铜镀银层逐层分析 ;渗碳、氮钢板分析 ;This article primarily introduced basic principals, analysis characteristics and application of analysis by metal materials of glow discharge emission spectrometry. Based on the theories, we deduced the proof of application of glow discharge emission spectrometry in analysis of metal materials. We emphasized on introducing the application on the bulk analysis, in depth profile analysis of layers. We also have some study on in depth profile analysis of silvering layer on phosphor bronze and analysis of carburizing or nitrided steel plate and color draws steel plate.
