摘　　要：本文研究了 Pb( ) - SXO- CTMAB- Span80体系的显色反应。该反应快速、灵敏、稳定。表观摩尔吸光系数 ε56 0 =3.36× 10 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1 ,铅含量在 0— 4 0 μg/ 2 5 m L 范围内符合比耳定律 。A new method for the determination of lead(Ⅱ) by its reaction with SXO in the presence of CTMAB and span 80 is reported.The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 3.36×10 4L· mol -1 ·cm -1 at 560nm.Bears law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-40μg of Pb(Ⅱ) per 25mL of solution.This method has been applied to the determination of Pb(Ⅱ) on leaves.
