摘  要:本文研究了灰化法、常压湿法消解和微波消解 3种方法处理植物叶片对火焰光度法测定 K、Na含量的影响。结果表明 :微波消解法具有消化时间短、样品污染少、测定结果准确、重现性好等特点 。The leaves were treated by 3 methods such as dry ash, hydro digestion under atmospheric pressure and microwave digestion,and then potassium and sodium in leaves were determined by flame photometer.It was found that the microwave digestion had some advantages.The digestion time was short,the pollution to sample was few and the repeatability was good.The recovery ratio of microwave digestion method was good for determination.GEMing- Ju  MAGuo- Fang(Department of Chemistry,Taizhou University,Economical Developmental Zone,Linh
