民主化村级治理的两种类型——村集体经济状况对村民自治的影响

摘　　要：村民自治制度是国家强制实施的一项制度。依据村民自治制度实施场域的村庄状　　况的不同 ,这一制度安排的实践后果会有不同。本文试图依据村集体掌握经济资源的多　　少 ,将作为强制实施的村民自治制度实践后果的民主化村级治理 ,区分为动员型村级治理　　和分配型村级治理。这两种村级治理类型由于村集体经济资源多少的不同 ,而在具体表　　现中具有相当的不同。The villagers' self-government is a system carried out compulsively by the state. According to the difference of the villages' status in which the villagers' self-government system has been carried out, the practical results of the system arrangements will be different. According to the economic resource held by the villages' collective economy, the article try to distinguish the democratic village government, which was regarded as the practical results of villagers' self-government system arrangement, into the mobilization type and the distribution type. As for the difference of the villages' collective economic resource, the two types would be certain different in the particular performance.
