摘　　要：176例跟腱预延长的小腿延长术均取得满意疗效,无一例跟腱并发症发生。作者介绍了跟腱预延长方法,并就其机理、二期跟腱延长术的失张和小腿软组织的渐缓延展性问题作了详细讨论。176 patients of the achillis lengthening in advance for the leg lengthening in graduate distraction got a satisfactory results. No complications were found in this group. The method, mechanism and effect in the technic are introduced. The distension of the secondary tcndo calcaneus lengthening and extensibility of the soft tissue of the leg in lengthening are discussed in detail.
