摘　　要：本文对加拿大著名女作家艾丽丝·蒙罗及其作品做了简明扼要的评述 ,摘其代表作中的典型女性形象及其新特点进行了分析评论 ,指出其所反映的极具特色的“强者不强 ,弱者不弱”的主题寓意。This essay makes a brief introduction to Alice Munro, famous Canadian contemporary woman writer, and her works, analyses some of the typical heroines in her short stories and their new characteristics, and points out the thematic meaning reflected in those heroines-the difference between what they appear to be and what they really are.
