运脾方对脾虚大鼠消化功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察运脾方对脾虚大鼠消化功能的作用。方法 :应用利血平复制大鼠脾虚模型 ,观察食量、体质量、胃黏膜的变化 ,以及运脾方对脾虚大鼠的治疗作用。结果 :治疗组进食量、体质量显著高于模型组 ;模型组胃黏膜变薄、胃腺数量减少 ,治疗组胃黏膜厚度基本恢复正常。结论 :运脾方对脾虚大鼠的消化功能有良好的恢复作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Yunpi recipe on digestive function of spleen deficiency rats. Method: The experimental spleen deficiency of rats was simulated by reserpine treatment. Therapeutic effects such as food consumption and weight were recorded and histology of gastric mucosa was observed. Result: Food consumption and weight in treatment group were much higher than those in control group. The histology of gastric mucosa was almost normal in treatment group while it become thinner and number of gastric glands decreased in control group. Conclusion: Yunpi recipe has a perfect therapeutic effect on the recovery of digestive function of reserpine caused experimental spleen deficiency rats.
