摘　　要：介绍了 4种提高橡胶冷喂料排气挤出机除气效率的途径 :减少胶料在螺杆排气段中的进料度 ,增加胶料在排气段中的平均停留时间 ,增强胶料“自由”表面积的更新作用 ,改进配方设计和操作工艺条件等。This paper introduces four kinds of method for increasing devolatilizing efficiency in cold feeding vented extruders These methods are:(1)reducing the filled degree of rubber compounds in the vented section of screw;(2)increasing the mean residence time in the vented zone;(3)enhancing the effect of renewing the evaporating surface;and (4)improving the ingredients and operating variables
