摘  要:红9-1井是大港油田第一口大位移、大斜度的定向井,完钻井深2300.58m,最大井斜76.22°,闭合位移1727.57m,位移与垂深之比为1.46:1。该井钻探目的是评价红8-1井构造明化镇组下段地层的含油气情况。针对所钻地层胶结性较差、造浆性强的特点,选用了聚合物钻井液体系并制定了相应的工艺技术措施。现场实践表明,聚合物钻井液体系抑制能力、防塌能力、携砂能力强,润滑性能好,满足了大位移探井的施工需要,避免了井下复杂情况的发生。该井的钻井液工艺技术较好地解决了大位移定向井的技术难点。Hong 9-1 well is an extended reach,high angle directional well in Dagang Oilfield. The completed depth is2300. 58 m. The highest deviation angle is 76. 22' and the displacement is 1727. 57 m. The displacement/vertical depth ratio is 1. 46 : 1. The purpose of this well is to evaluat oil-gas condition of lower Minghuazhen formation in Hong 8-1 well structure. The polymer drilling fluid system is selected and the related drilling measures are taken against the uncon-solidated and stronger mud-making formation. The practicing on the wellsite shows that the polymer drilling fluid system has a strong inhibiting ability, good anti-collapse ability, strong carrying ability and well lubricating property. It satisfies with the extended reach exploration well operation and avoids the problems in drilling operation. This drilling fluid technology better solves the key of the extended reach directional well.
