摘 要:通过对普通螺杆和低剪切螺杆在不同的机头压力和螺杆转速下的对比试验得出,在胶料粘度较低时,螺杆转速和胶料种类是影响低剪切螺杆挤出功率的重要因素。在同一条件下,低剪切螺杆的挤出温度高于普通螺杆,机头压力低于普通螺杆,从而进一步了解了低剪切螺杆的塑化和混合性能,为螺杆的设计参数的确定提供了依据。In this paper,experiments under various head pressure and rotating rate of screws hadbeen conducted with low-shear and conventional screws. The results showed:when the viscosity of rubberwas low,the important effects affecting the extruding power of low-shear screw were the variety of rubberand rotating rate of screw.The extruding temperature of low-shear screw was higher while the head pressof low-shear screw was lower than conventional screws.The detailed study on plastizing and mixing proper-ties of low-shear screw supplied basis on designing of screws.
