摘 要:目的 探讨气温、湿度环境因素及阴道pH值对念珠菌、滴虫性阴道炎及细菌性阴道病的影响。方法 系统抽样分析 6 4 2 15例阴道炎 (病 )与气温、湿度及阴道pH的关系。结果 在分析 6 4 2 15例阴道炎病例中 ,随着气温升高念珠菌、滴虫感染率呈增加趋势 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1) ,气温在 2 2℃以上念珠菌、滴虫感染处于高水平 ,细菌感染与气温变化关系不明显 ,平均相对湿度改变与阴道炎患病率没有显著关系 ,阴道pH值与滴虫性阴道炎呈正相关 ,与念珠菌性阴道炎呈负相关。阴道pH4 .6时 3种阴道炎发生率明显增高。结论 环境气温升高是阴道念珠菌、滴虫繁殖、传播的有利因素之一 ,在 2 2℃以上气温环境应重视对生殖道病原菌传染的防治。阴道pH4 .6是多种病原菌可适应的生长酸碱度 ,推测pH4 .Objective To investigate the influence of weather temperature, weather humidity and vaginal pH on the onset of candidal vaginitis,trichomonal vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis. Methods 64 215 cases of candidal and trichomonal vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis were determined to analysis the relationship to weather temperature and humidity or vaginal pH. Results Weather temperature changes influence vaganitis incidence. As the temperature go up, the incidence of candidal and trichomonal vaginitis trend to ascend. There are no significant relationship between temperature and bacterial vaginosis. The changes of mean comparative humidity seems no significant influence on incidence of candidal and trichomonal vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis. There are positive relation between trichomonal vaginitis and vaginal pH, negative relation btween candidal vaginitis and vaginal pH. Candidal and trichomonal vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis get the highest incidence as vaginal pH was 4.6. Conclusion Weather temperature rise is an important factor in the incidence of candidal and trichomonal vaginitis. When weather temperature get above 22°C, should pay more attention to prevention these disease. Vaginal pH 4.6 is a suitabal value to many pathogenic bacteria reproduce and maybe reflect imbalance of vaginal microecosystem.
