摘　　要：目的 :建立芙朴感冒胶囊 (芙蓉叶、牛蒡子、陈皮和原朴 )中有效成分牛蒡苷和橙皮苷的含量测定方法 ;方法 :采用HPLC法 ,C1 8柱 ,甲醇 水 (35 65)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80 ;结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,牛蒡苷平均加样回收率为 1 0 0 .74% ,RSD为 1 .72 % ;橙皮苷 1 0 1 .2 8% ,RSD为 1 .43 % .结论 :本法简便快捷 ,精密度好 ,分离度良好 。Objective: To establish the method for the determination of hesperidin and arctiin in Fupoganmao Capsule(Folium Hibisci Mntabilis, Fructus Arctii, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis).Methods: Column is C 18 , methanol water(35∶65)mixture used as a mobile phase, with detection at 280nm.Results: The linearity of this method was good, The recovery of hesperidin and arctiin were 100.74% ( RSD 1.72%),101.28% ( RSD 1.43%),respectively.Conclusion: This method is simple and quick, and shows a good resolution. It can be used for quality control of Fupoganmao Capsule.
