摘　　要：“生态居住社区”是人类面临生态危机时所提出的一种居住对策。作者认为生态居住区的可持续发展本质是生态住区日渐升温的原动力,并结合实例分析了我国生态住区的发展现状,指出现阶段我国建设生态居住社区必须注意的问题及解决对策。Ecological residential com-munity” is a stratagy for living that man-kind brings up when facing ecosystemcrisis. This thesis illuminates that theessence of sustainable development isthe rudimental power which pushes theecological residential community to be-come more and more popular. It alsoanalyzes the present developing situa-tion of ecological residential communityin our country, and tenders some impor-tant issues including the solutions thatwe must pay attention to at the presentstage.[
