白细胞单采联合化疗治疗高白细胞白血病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结高白细胞白血病患者行白细胞单采联合化学治疗的护理体会。方法对38例高白细胞白血病(急性早幼粒细胞白血病除外)行白细胞单采联合化疗的患者进行相应的护理,主要包括治疗前护理、治疗中护理及治疗后并发症的预防和护理。结果行白细胞单采术后,患者外周血白细胞均迅速下降,单采前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者头昏、乏力、骨骼疼痛等症状均有不同程度减轻或消失,经精心护理均顺利完成化疗。结论全面完善的护理,为患者顺利完成治疗创造有利条件。Objective Summarize the experience of nursing for patients with HLL Leukocyte apheresis combined with chemical treatment. Methods To carry out corresponding nursing of 38 patients(expcet acute promyelocytic leukaemia) with HLL udergoing leukapheresis combined with chemiotherapy, Mainly includes the nursing before treatment,treatment nursing,prevention and nursing of complications after treatment. Results Leukoreduction after surgery, patients with peripheral white blood cells were rapidly decreased, Differences were significant before and after blood cell apheresis(P<0.05). Patients with dizziness, weakness, bone pain and other symptoms have different degrees of ease or disappear, careful nursing can successfully complete the chemical treatment. Conclusion With nursing comprehensive, patients successfully complet treatment to create favorable conditions.
