摘  要:为分析南重楼(P.vietnamensis)栽培过程中适宜的光照环境,本研究利用LI-6400光合测定仪,分析了不同遮荫处理(双层遮荫网,单层遮荫网,全光照)下南重楼叶片的光合参数表现,比较了不同处理下的光合参数变化特征。研究结果表明:全光照下的光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)和呼吸速率(Resp)明显高于单层和双层遮荫网的处理,但最大光合速率(Amax)与单层网处理相似。全光照处理下的最大羧化速率(Vmax)、最大电子传递速率(Jmax)和磷酸丙糖利用率(TPU)与单层遮荫网处理也几乎相等,但都显著高于双层遮荫网处理,且单层遮荫网处理下的光呼吸速率(Rd)显著低于双层遮荫网处理;综合考虑得出南重楼对光照的最适生长条件应是单层遮荫网下的光照环境。研究结果可为南重楼的引种栽培提供指导。In order to analyze the suitable light ing environment of P. vietnamensis., the authors studied its photosynthetic parameters and analyzed the variation characteristics of photosynthetic parameters under different shading treatments(double shading net, single shading net, full light) using photosynthesis system of LI-6400. The results showed that: the parameters including light saturation point(LSP), light compensation point(LCP) and respiratory rate(Resp) under full light were obviously higher than those of shading with single and double lay of net,and the maximum photosynthetic rate(Amax) is similar to that of shading with single net. The parameters of maximum rate of carboxylation(Vmax), maximum electron transport rate(Jmax) and triose phosphate utilization rate(TPU) under full light were also similar to single shading net, which were obviously higher than those of shading with double net. Although the light respiration rate(Rd) of single shading net was higher than that of shading with double net. Considering that, the optimum growth conditions for P. vietnamensis. should be the light environment with single shading net, which was important for the introduction and cultivation of P. vietnamensis.
