摘 要:检测籼稻骨干亲本的稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-ta,可为抗病育种提供优良的亲本资源。本研究以92份骨干亲本为材料,采用功能基因分子标记检测了92份骨干亲本的Pi-ta基因。结果表明供试的92份材料中,21份携带Pi-ta基因,在供试材料中占22.83%。Pi-ta基因在恢复系和不育系中的分布存在差异,携带Pi-ta基因的21份材料均为恢复系,11份不育系中没有检测到Pi-ta,恢复系携带Pi-ta基因比例远高于不育系。通过本研究可以明确中国部分杂交稻亲本材料的稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-ta的分布状况,为进一步的杂交稻抗病育种提供重要依据。In order to provide parental resources of resistance gene for blast in breeding program,the blast resistance gene Pi-ta in major parental lines of indica rice was analysed. The Pi-ta gene in 92 major parental lines of hybrid rice was detected by using gene-based functional marker. The results showed that there were 21 lines carried Pi-ta gene,accounted for 22.83% of the tested materials. Distribution of Pi-ta gene between the restorer lines and male sterile lines was significantly different. Twenty one accessions carrying Pi-ta were restorer lines,and no male sterile line carrying Pi-ta was detected in 11 ones. The number of restorer lines carrying Pi-ta gene was much higher than that of male sterile lines. The Pi-ta gene has been detected in the materials from all of the rice growing area in China by using gene-based markers. The status of the distribution of blast resistance gene Pi-ta in parental lines was clear revealed,and it would provide an important basis for blast-resistance breeding in hybrid rice.
