葡萄糖酸盐阿奇霉素注射剂治疗急性细菌性下呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的 ]评价葡萄糖酸盐阿奇霉素注射剂治疗急性细菌性下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。 [方法 ]采用随机对照的方法观察阿奇霉素和红霉素的临床疗效和不良反应。36例急性细菌性下呼吸道感染患者静脉点滴阿奇霉素 ,每日 5 0 0 mg,连用 5～ 7天 ;另 34例病人使用红霉素 (12 0 0 m g/d,iv)作为阳性对照。 [结果 ]阿奇霉素组痊愈率和有效率分别为 6 6 .7%和 94.4% ,细菌清除率为 96 .2 % ;而红霉素组痊愈率和有效率分别为 44 .1%和 76 .5 % ,细菌清除率为 90 .9%。红霉素组不良反应发生率为 2 3.5 % ;阿奇霉素组不良反应发生率为 5 .6 %。[结论To evaluate the efficacy and safety of azithromycin for injection in the treatment of acute bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract. A randomized, controlled study was performed. 36 patients with acute bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract were treated with azithromycin 500 mg/d by intravenous infusion for 5～7 days and other 34 cases were treated with erythromycin(1200 mg/d). The cure rate and effective rate were 66.7% and 94.4% in azithromycin group, and 44.1% and 76.5% in erythromycin group respectively. The clearance rates of bacteria were 96.2% and 90.9% in azithromycin group and erythromycin group respectively. The adverse reaction rate were 5.6% and 23.5% in azithromycin group and erythromycin group respectively. [CONCLUSION] As a new generation of macrolides, azithromycin is a safe and effective antibacterial agent for the treatment of acute bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract.
