化浊轻身胶囊提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的 :优选化浊轻身胶囊 (何首乌 ,大黄 ,陈皮 ,等 )提取工艺。方法 :以浸膏得率、橙皮苷含量及大黄素含量为指标 ,采用正交试验法。结果 :最佳工艺为 :以 6 0 %乙醇为提取溶媒 ,加液量 8倍 ,提取 3次 ,每次 1h。结论 :此工艺有效成分提取效率高 ,稳定性好 。Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Huazhuoqingshen Capsules (Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, etc.) Methods: The process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of extract, the content of hesperidin and emodin as the detective markers. Results: The optimum process was that 60% alcohol was used as extracting solution, adding 8 times amount of solution, extracting 3 times (1h each time.) Conclusion: The content of valid was high and its stability was good when the extraction was used. This extraction process was suitable for industrial production.
