摘　　要：制度创新是金融创新的基础和核心 ,银证融合是现阶段最大的制度创新。我国金融业目前实行分业管理 ,分业经营 ,但金融业从分业经营走向混业经营 ,实现银证融合是金融创新的必然趋势。Systematic Innovation is the basis and core of financial innovation,while the integration of banking and securities is the greatest systematic innovation in the current stage of China.Seperate management and operation are adopted nowadays in financial industry,but seperate operation will be surely substituted by combined operation.To realize the integration of banking and securities is an irresistable trend of financial innovation.
