一株释放逆转录病毒样颗粒的人恶性T淋巴细胞株的建立

摘　　要：随着人类逆转录病毒(如HTLV、HIV-1、HIV-2)研究的深入,已发现此类病毒与成人T淋巴细胞白血病、某些神经系统疾病和艾滋病有关。我们曾检测300多例神经系统病人血清,发现5例病人有HTLV-1抗体存在。为了进一步探讨神经系统疾病的病毒病因,我们开展了血细胞培养及其它研究,获得一株非常特殊的细胞株,称之为CM-1细胞株,现将初步检测的有关资料报道如下。CM-1 cell line was established from peripherial blood lymphocytes of a 36 years old woman with coma. It was a spontaneously transformed cell line and could be transplanted into 4-week-old nude mice by subcutaneous inoculation. The tumor was a typical malignant lymphoma histopatholo gycally. By using the filtered supernatant from CM-1 cells culture medium, another cell line CM-2 from a patient with multiple sclerosis was established by transformation.No antibody to HTLV- 1, HIV-1 , HHV- 6 , HHV-7 was found in the serum of this patient. But suspected retrovirus particles were observed under electron microscope. The retrovirus-like particles are being further studied
