摘　　要：目的 :探讨泰福康胶囊的抗肿瘤药理作用。方法 :通过灌胃给药 ,观察本品对荷瘤 (腹水型、实体型肝癌和S1 80 )小鼠的瘤重、生存时间、免疫功能、耐力的影响以及对兔耳皮下瘀血斑的影响。结果 :本品明显抑制小鼠实体型肝癌(H2 2 )及 S1 80 的生长 ;延长 H2 2 腹水型小鼠的生存时间 ;增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能 ;提高脾虚小鼠的耐力 ,抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应和促进兔耳皮下瘀血斑的吸收。结论 :本品具有抑制肿瘤生长 ,延长荷瘤小鼠生存时间 ,提高免疫功能 。Objective:To study the anticancer actions of Taifukang capsule Methods:The cancer mass weight,survival time,immunity and physical tolerance of the tumor bearing mouse,and the absorption of ear petechia in rabbit with intragastric administration of the capsule were observated Results:With intragastric administration of the capsule,the weight of cancer mass in mice was decreased;the survival time,immunity and physical tolerance of the tumor bearing mouse,and the absorption of ear petechia in rabbit were all increased It also inhibited the writhing response induced by acetic acid in mice Conclusion:the capsule has the actions of inhibiting tumor growth,prolonging the survival time,enhancing immunity of tumor bearing mouse,promoting the absorption of ear petechia in rabbit,and analgesia
