围绝经期妇女血清FSH、LH、E_2、T水平测定分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解围绝经期妇女体内FSH、LH、E2 、T四种激素水平的变化。方法 :使用全自动化学发光方法测定 2 2 0例妇女血清FSH、LH、E2 及T水平 ,其中 1 65例 41～ 60岁 ,为围绝经期妇女 ;55例 2 1～ 40岁为生育年龄妇女 ,作为对照组。所有的病人按年龄分为 6组。结果 :年龄 56～ 60岁组FSH、LH升至最高 ,E2 、T降至最低。FSH、LH从 41～ 45岁组起开始升高与 31～ 40岁组比P <0 .0 1。E2 水平从 46～ 50岁组起下降与 41～ 45岁组比P <0 .0 1。T水平从 31～ 40岁组起下降与 2 1～ 30岁组比较P <0 .0 5。结论 :FSH从 41～ 45岁组开始升高 ,说明卵巢功能已经开始下降 ,应注意及时补充激素。T水平从 31～ 40岁组开始下降 。Objectives:To study changes of Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)?Luteinizing Hormone(LH)?Estradiol(E 2) and Testosterone(T) levels in Perimenopausal women.Methods: Serum level of FSH?LH?E 2?T were measured in 165 patients with perimenopausal period women by Automatic Chemiluminescence System.55 patients with normal menstruation were studied as controls,all 220 patients were divided into six groups based on their ages.Results: The levels of serum FSH and LH reached the highest and E 2?T reached the lowest in 55～60 age group.The level of serum FSH?LH were significant higher in 41～45 age group than that of 31～40 age group( P <0.01).The level of serum E 2 were lower in 46～50 age group than that of 41～45 age group( P <0.01).The level of serum T started to decrease in 31～40 age group and lower than 21～30 age group( P <0.05).Conclusions: The level of serum level of FSH started to increase in 41～45age groups which related to ovarian failure.The level of serum T declined from 31～40 age group,should be monitored in attention.
