健脾祛痰化瘀方药——沥水调脂胶囊抗低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨沥水调脂胶囊的抗氧化修饰作用。方法 :采用荧光分光法及琼脂糖凝胶电泳 ,分别测定了Cu2 + 介导低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化产物的硫代巴比妥酸反应物质 (TBARS)的含量及电泳迁移率的变化。结果 :沥水调脂胶囊能明显减少Cu2 + 介导低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化中硫代巴比妥酸反应物质 (TBASR)的生成及其电泳迁移率的增加。结论 :沥水调脂胶囊在体外具有较强的对抗Cu2 + 介导的低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰作用。Aim:To study the effect of Li Shui Regulating—Lipids capsule on copper mediated low density lipoprotein(LDL)oxidative modification.Methods:The extant of lipid peroxidation was measured in term of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS)espress as malondiadelhyde(MDA)equivalent by Spectrophotofluorimetry.The electrophoretic mobility of lipoprotein was determined on an agrose gel electrophoresis.Results:Li Shui Regulating—Lipids capsule reduced obviously the generation of TBARS in LDL. It could decrease the electrophoretic mobility of LDL. Conclution:Li Shui Regulating—Lipids capsule can inhibit copper mediated LDL oxidation.
