救心滴丸对血液流变性和血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的观察救心滴丸的活血化瘀作用。方法通过皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素加冰水刺激复制血瘀模型,用锥板法测定血瘀模型大鼠的血液粘度,用Chandler法测定体外血栓的形成;采用Born氏比浊法测定家兔血小板聚集。结果救心滴丸明显降低二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集率(P<0.05～0.01),降低血瘀模型大鼠的体外血栓长度(P<0.01)、血栓湿重及干重(P<0.05～0.001),降低血瘀模型大鼠在切变率30s-1、5s-1下的全血粘度(P<0.05～0.01)。结论救心滴丸具有抑制血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成、降低血液粘度的作用。s: Objective: To study the effects of Jiuxin droping pill in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods: Animal models of blood stasis were induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and icy water stimulation. In-vitro thrombosis was measured with chandler methods, platelet aggregation in rabbits was detected with Born turbidimeter and blood viscosity were examined with cone plate method. Results: Jiuxin droping pill could markedly reduce platelet aggregation induced by adenosines diphosphate(ADP) and collagen (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) in rabbits, decrease the length and weight of thrombi and the whole blood viscosity at 30 s-1 and 5 s-1 shears in model rats(P < 0.001). Conclusion: Jiuxin droping pill can inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombosis and decrease the blood viscosity.
