摘　　要：目的研究冰片单剂量、多剂量的体内动力学。方法应用GC-MS测定大鼠单剂量、多剂量给予冰片药后一系列时间点的冰片血药浓度,求得冰片在两种给药方案的体内药物动力学参数。结果与结论两种给药方案的体内动力学情况有较明显的差异。Objective:To investigate the pharmacokinetic differences of borneol in oral single dose and in multiple doses. Methods: serum Borneol levels in rats were measured with GS-MS method in various times after medicated with oral oral single dose and multiple doses of borneol. And then two sets of pharmacokinetic parameters for various kinds of dosing were estimated. Results and Conclusion: There are quite differences in pharmacokinetic parameters for the two dosage regimens.
