枸橼酸西地那非片治疗勃起功能障碍176例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍 (ED)的安全性和有效性。方法　 176例诊断为 ED的病人 ,平均年龄 4 0 .5 9± 12 .4 0岁。根据患者需要 ,性生活前约 1小时口服枸橼酸西地那非片 (万艾可 ) 5 0～ 10 0 mg,疗程 1～ 3月。评估患者勃起功能改善的总体疗效及满意程度 ,并比较治疗前后国际勃起功能指数评分 - 5 (IIEF- 5 )。结果　共 16 6例患者完成治疗及随访。总体疗效评估勃起功能改善者共 139例 ,有效率为 83.73%。治疗满意者在勃起功能改善者中达5 1.80 %。 16 6例患者治疗前 IIEF- 5评分平均为 11.13± 3.70分 ,治疗后 17.71± 4 .4 7分 ,两者间差异显著。发生不良反应共 4 2例 (2 5 .30 % ) ,均为轻、中度 ,未经特殊处理自行缓解。结论　枸橼酸西地那非片是治疗各种病因。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sildenafil citrate on patients with erectile dysfunction in west China.Methods 176 patients with erectile dysfunction age range 19 to 81 years,mean 40.59±12.40 years participated in this flexible dose study.Sildenafil citrale was administered over a 4 to 12 weeks period on an as needed basis 1 hour prior to sexual activity.The starting dose was 50mg,and might be increased to a maximum dose of 100mg or decreased to 25mg,based on effectiveness and toleration.The assessment of ED included the global efficacy question of improvement in erection,the outcome satisfaction of patient,and the assessment of International Index of Erectile Function 5 at baseline and at the end of treatment.Results 166 patients completed the treatment and follow up.To the global efficacy question,139 patients(83.73%) reported an improvement in erection.117 patients(70.48%)achieved the improvement by the administration of 50mg sildenafil citrale,and the percentage of outcome satisfaction was 51.80% among the patients reporting improvement of erection.The average IIEF 5 of total 166 patients was 11.13±3.70 scores at baseline,and was significantly increased to 17.71±4.47 at the end of treatment.There were 43 patients(25.90%) having IIEF 5 over 21 scores at the end of treatment.42 patients(25.30%) reported various side effects,which appeared mild to moderate,and finally disappeared without any treatment.Conclusion This study confirmed that sildenafil citrate is a safe and effective oral medicine to treat erectile dysfunction with various etiologies and severities.
