彩色多谱勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张的应用研究

摘　　要：目的　研究临床诊断精索静脉曲张的客观指标。方法　采用惠普 (HP- 5 5 0 0型 )探头 ,频率为 11MHz。选择无症状学生 30人作为对照组。临床病例组 5 7人 ,其中不育 2 5例 ,阴囊坠胀 32例。检测精索静脉血管 Valsalva试验前后内径以及有无静脉返流。结果　对照组精索静脉内径 <0 .2 cm,深吸气后达到 0 .2 cm,但无静脉返流 ;病例组精索静脉内径平均 0 .2 35± 0 .5 0 cm ,深吸气后增至 0 .315± 0 .81cm ,且有静脉返流。结论　彩色多谱勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张客观可靠 ,值得推广。Objective To investigate the objective index for the diagnosis of varicocele.Methods The study group included 54 patients with varicocele diagnosed by symptom inquiring and physical examination,25 patients with infertility and 29 patients with scrotal heaviness.The control group was composed of 30 normal student volunteers.Inside diameter of the spermatic vein and the blood reflux were examined before and after Valsalva testing by a Doppler probe with frequency of 11 MHz.Results In the study group,average inside diameter of the spermatic vein was 2.4mm and 3.4mm before and after Valsalva testing respectively, and there was reflux after Valsalva testing.In the control group,the inside diameter of the spermatic veins was less than 2mm before Valsalva testing,but increased to 2mm without reflux after Valsalva testing.Conclusion Doppler ultrasonography was objective and reliable for the diagnosis of varicocele,and was worthy to be popularized.High ligaton of the spermatic vein was the main pattern of operation.
