中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎

摘　　要：目的　探讨中西医结合对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法　一康清淋 (八正散 )结合阿奇霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎 2 4 2例 ,单用阿奇霉素 2 38例 ,比较两组疗效。结果　中西医结合组显效率 37.2 % ,总有效率 88.9% ;西医组显效率2 9.4 % ,总有效率 73.5 %。两组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效较好 ,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the strategy combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine to treat chronic prostatitis.Methods 242 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with the combination of Azithromycin and traditional Chinese medicine Yi Kang Qing Ling(Ba Zheng San),and another 238 patients were treated with Azithromycine alone,the effects on the two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate was 88.9%,and obvious effctive rate was 37.2% in the combination group;total effective rate was 73.5%,and obvious effective rate was 29.4% in the Azithromycin group;and the differences were significant( P <0.01).Conclusion It may obtain better clinical effects to combine the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
