摘 要:应用细胞外电生理记录方法 ,探讨了铝对大鼠海马 CA3区长时程增强 (L TP)维持阶段的影响。结果表明 :0 .5 mol/L以上浓度的铝能抑制海马 CA3区 L TP的维持过程 ,此抑制作用似与 L- Arg- NO途径无关。而选择性钙通道阻断剂 Diltiazem也抑制 L TP的维持过程 ,而且与铝有相互加强的作用 ,提示铝对维持阶段 LUsing the technique of extracellular electrophysiological recording, the effect of aluminium on the maintenance of long term potentiation (LTP) in hippocampal CA3 area and its possible mechanism were studied. The results revealed that aluminium in appropriate concentration (over 0 5 mol/L) could block the maintenance of LTP. L Arg NO pathway might not be involved in this inhibitory effect of aluminium.The amplitude of PS might be attenuated significantly by aluminium or diltiazem and the effect of aluminium was additive with that of diltiazem. These data suggest that the inhibitory effect of aluminium at least is partly related to the intracellular free Ca 2+ level decrease.
