运用邻位皮瓣修复小儿颈前疤痕畸形

摘　　要：对 4 9例颈前疤痕挛缩畸形的患儿 ,挛缩松解后进行创面的处理 ,根据颈前疤痕性质 ,挛缩畸形程度及邻近周围皮肤完整情况 ,以及将来可能从事的职业 ,选择运用各类邻位皮瓣进行修复。邻位皮瓣的优点 :手术时间短 ,操作简单 ,一次手术即可成功 ,极少复发挛缩 ,术后效果理想 。Forty nine children with preneck skin deformity due to scar contracture after operative treatment were studied. According to the scar characteristics, local skin condition and future occupation after child growing, individualized free skin flap was selected for the plastic operation. The advantages of this method included: easy manipulation, short operative duration and one time operation with seldom recurrence. The functional and cosmetics results of local flap graft were satisfactory.
