摘　　要：建立了感冒疏风片中芍药苷含量的 HPL C测定方法。用 C1 8色谱柱 ,乙腈 -水 (13∶ 87)为流动相 ,检测波长为2 30 nm。方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .2 %。A HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Ganmao Shufeng tablets was established. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile water(13∶87), and at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. The calibration curve had a good linearity, and the average recovery was 100.2%.
