摘 要:目的 研究强磁场对健康家兔行为及脑电图的影响。方法 家兔 2 6只 ,随机分成两组 ,磁场组和对照组各13只 ,观察工频强磁场长期连续暴露 ,家兔行为及脑电图的变化。结果 磁场组 13只家兔暴露 1周后活动增多 ,烦躁不安 ,半月后脱毛 ,每月较对照组体重少增加 2 0 0~ 2 5 0g ,其中 11只 (11/ 13 )家兔脑电图Q波及δ波增多 ,波幅增加。结论 工频强磁场长期连续暴露可引起家兔行为改变以及脑电图慢波增多。Objective To explore the effects of strong power frequency magnetic fields(SPFMF) on rabbits behavior and electroencephalography(EEG). Methods Twenty-six healthy rabbits were randomly divided into the magnetic field group and the control group, thirteen rabbits each group. The effects of long-term continuous exposure to SPFMF on rabbits behavior and EEG were observed. Results Dysphoria were shown among thirteen rabbits in the magnetic field group after one week; moulting was also shown after half month and with body weight loss 200-250 g each month in comparison with that of control group. The numbers and amplitude of Q and δ-waves of 11 rabbits (11/13) appeared to have increased in the magnetic field group. Conclusion SPFMF could result in changes of rabbits behavior and increase of slow waves in EEG.
