摘  要:目的 评价磁共振尿路成像 (MRU)技术在诊断尿路畸形中的临床应用价值。方法 采用FASE序列MRU检查 15例尿路畸形病人 ,检查前经肘静脉注入 2 0~ 4 0mg速尿 ,以 2维 (2D)技术处理图像 ,配置正交 (QD)体圈。结果  15例尿路畸形患者 ,MRU均明确显示畸形类型及程度 ,准确率达10 0 % ,速尿增强为MRU提供了良好的尿路解剖结构。结论  2D FASE序列MRU图像细腻、清晰、分辨率高 ,其成像仅需数秒时间 ,特别对静脉尿路造影 (IVU)检查失败者 ,提供一种方便快捷的尿路成像技术。Objective To evaluate the magnetic resonance urography (MRU) technique for depicting the urinary deformity.Method 15 patients with urinary deformity were examined by 2D MRU with FASE sequence,undergoing veinly administered furosemide and employing QD body coil.The images were trageted with 2D technique.Result The types and degree of urinary tract deformity were visualized in all the 15 patients with a diagnostic accuracy of 100%.Furosemide enhanced MR urography provided fine morphological details of urinary tract.Conclusion 2D MRU with FASE sequence may successfully provide high quality images within a short time.This technique is especially useful in cases of intravenous urography(IVU) failure.MRU provides a new and safe imaging technique for urinary deformity.
