胆乐化瘀片的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的证实胆乐化瘀片抗胆石症的基础药效。方法 将小白鼠随机分组进行抗炎、镇痛实验。对大白鼠随机分组进行利胆实验。对豚鼠随机分组进行离体胆囊平滑肌条收缩实验。结果 胆乐化瘀片有明显抗炎、镇痛作用,与正常对照组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。与正常对照组比较有极显著性的利胆(P<0.001)和舒张胆囊的作用(P<0.001)。结论 通过抗炎、镇痛、利胆等作用能有效地抗胆石症。Objective To prove the basic drug effect of preventing cholelithiasis with Danle-huayu tablets. Methods Mice were divided into groups in random and the experiment of anti - inflammatory and analgesia were performed . Rats were divided in random into groups and the experiment of draining gallbladder were performed . Cavies were divided into groups in random and the experiment of systole smooth muscle of gallbladder out of the body were performed. Results Danlehuayu tablets' effects of anti-inflammatory, analgesia, draining, relaxing gallbladder were evident compared to those in control group (P <0. 001) . Conclusions Danlehuayu tablets can prevent cholelithiasis effectively by anti -inflammatory, analgesia and draining gallbladder etc.
