九一升白口服液结合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察九一升白口服液结合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法将32例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,九一升白口服液组(治疗组)为化疗加九一升白口服液(口服每次10ml,每日3次);对照组为化疗加鲨肝醇(200mg,每日 3次)、维生素 B4(20 mg,每日 3次)和利血生(每次20 mg,每日 3次),两组均用药4周后,对外周血细胞进行血常规和免疫指标的观察。结果治疗组三系细胞降低幅度较对照组小而回升较对照组为快(P<0.05)。结论 九一升白口服液无毒副作用,是一种较理想的能增强抗肿瘤疗效、缓解骨髓抑制、能升高白细胞的治疗药物。Obiective To observe the clinical curative effeces on the malignant tumor cases under the treatment of 91 WBD-increasing Drinks with chemotherapy. Methods 32 malignant tumor cases were divided randomly into two groups the experimental gronp(91 WBD-increasing Drinks group) using chemotherapy together with 91 WBD-increasing Drinks, (tds: 10 ml per time and three times a day)and the control group using chemotherapy with Batiloli(200mg, three times a day), vitamin B4(20mg, three times a day) and Leikogeni (20mg per time, three times a day) then, after four-week treatments, the effects were observed on the outer hematocyte of the both groups on the basis of various criteria. Results The three kinds of cells of the Experimental group reduced much less and revived faster than those of control group( P <0. 05) . Conclusion 91 WBD -increasing Drinks has no side -effect, It is a promising Curative medicine which can strengthen the curative effects on malig-mant tumor, release the check of marrow and increase the numbers of WBD.
