摘　　要：从索赔含义、索赔的依据、索赔的管理、索赔报告等方面论述了搞好施工索赔工作的途径 ,并应用一工程实例加以阐述 ,以最终达到索赔的目标 。From the conception of claim, claim management, reports and other aspects the measures of doing claim well are discussed. At the same time based on an engineering example the concrete ways are elaborated, the claim target is meet and the legal equities of contractor are protected.
