摘 要:对17个不同抗湿类型的大麦品种进行连续湿害处理。根据田间调查及生理生化分析的叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、叶片脯氨酸累积、过氧化酶活性、电导率等性状计算受害率。田间调查性状经主成分分析.对不同大麦品种的抗湿特性进行了评价和分类。对大麦生理生化指标经通径分析表明:大麦叶绿素含量、根系活力、植株含水量、过氧化物酶活性、叶片脯氨酸含量的受害率与产量均存在相关性,有的相关性达显著水平。Seventeen moisture—resistant barley varieties were treated with consistent wet injury.The injury rates were calculated according to the field investigation,moisture con- tents of leaves,chlorophyll contents,leaf proline accumulations,peroidase activities and electric conductances.By analyzing the main compositions of field investigation characters, we have made a study on the moisture—resistant characteristics of different barley vari- eties,evaluated and categorized them.The result has indicated that there are some relation- ships among the injury rates of chlorophyll contents,root system activities,moisture con- tents of the plants,periodase activities,leaf prolinc contents and yields,some of their cor- relations are very significant.
