摘　　要：本文通过2001～2002年冬季（12～2月）大气环流特征及其对渤海气候和海冰影响的分析,指出西太平洋副热带高压（以下简称副高）和极涡的强弱变化对渤海气温及海冰生消起着亘接作用,证明了副高强（弱）、极涡弱（强）,从而渤海气温高（低）、海冰轻（重）的关系。同时也指出了拉尼娜过程对渤海气候变化所起的重要作用。In this paper, features of atmosphere circumfluence from Dec. 2001 to Feb.2002 and its effect on weather and sea ice are analyged. It indicates that north west Pacific sub-tropical high pressure and change of polar vortex intensity act on Bohai Sea temperature and sea ice increase and decay directly, and it prove that strong (weak) sub-tropical high pressure and weak (strong) polar vortex lead to Bohai Sea temperature high (low) and sea ice light (severe). Moreover, it shows the important effect of evolvement process of La-Nina in Bohai weather change.
