Ⅲ级胎盘亚分级的显微结构观察及体视学分析

摘  要:目的:探讨Ⅲ级胎盘超声亚分级显微结构改变。方法:利用光镜观察各亚级胎盘的组织显微结构形念变化,并用体视学方法进行组织计量学分析。运用电子显微镜观察各亚级胎盘的组织超微结构形态变化。结果:两组胎盘显微结构形态学上有明显变化,组织计量学分析发现血管合体膜数、合体结节数、纤维素样坏死、绒毛间隙距离、绒毛血管直径等指标两组胎盘有非常显著差异,P<0.01。结论:ⅢA亚级胎盘和ⅢB亚级胎盘在组织学改变方面有明显差异,Ⅲ级胎盘超声亚分级有足够的组织学依据支持。Objective: To explore the microstructure changes of ultrasound subgroup of grade III placenta and to estimate the placental function of various subgroups. Method: The microstructure and ultra - structure were observed and analysis of tissue metrology was made. Result: The grade III placenta was grouped under IIIA and IIIB subgroups. There were obvious differences in placental tissue microstructures between the two groups, such as die number of zoarium membrane and zoarium nodus in blood vessel, fibrotic necrosis, distance between tomentum gaps, diameter of tomental bolle vessel (p<0. 01). Conclusion: There are significant differences in histological structures between IIIA and IIIB placenta, and ultrasound classification may play an important role in estimating the placental function of two subgroups.
