摘　　要：IP电话的发展在中国已经有近10年的历史,初始阶段,制造商普遍注重基本功能、不同产品之间的互通性以及系统的处理能力。体现在测试中,人们关注的是协议的流程以及呼叫的接通率、掉话率等指标。随着IP电话的发展,语音质量逐渐成为一项非常重要的指标,越来越多的人把目光盯在IP电话语音质量的测试上。影响语音质量的主要因素包括时延及抖动、丢包、信号沿切割、通道信噪比、信号电平和语音包大小等。Ameritec公司的GoldenVoice软件能够通过一个呼叫流程得到上述指标。There have been a nearly10-year his to ry for the development of IP phone in Chi -na.In the initial stage,manufacturers mainly paid atten tion to basic functions,interoperatabili-ty be tween dif ferent products and system pro-cessing capabili ty.In test,the most focused part is pro tocol flow as well as successful call rate,call drop rate,etc.With the development of IP phone,voice quality becomes an important spec ification.More and more people are focusing on the voice quali ty test of IP phone.The main fac tors that affect voice quality includes delay,jit ter,pack age -loss,signal edge -cut,channel SNR,signal level and the size of voice package.The Golden Voice software from Ameritec can obtain the above specifications through a call flow.
