摘　　要：本文运用经济学的一些工具对目前普遍存在的盗版现象进行了分析,指出盗版现象之所以大量存在,有其深刻的社会根源和经济原因,而盗版现象的猖獗泛滥会给全社会带来危害,我们的政府应在打击盗版活动中起主导作用。Using the fundamental theories of economics and game, the paper analyze the piracy phenomena which exist everywhere at present. We point out that the piracy's existence has its profound reasons, and it can bring harms to all the society. Our govemment should be the leader in beating piracy activities.
