摘　　要：本文在分析了制造业现状及中小企业技术创新优势的基础上 ,对制造业中小企业工艺创新及测度与评价的方法理论加以总结归纳 。On the basis of having analysed the present situation of manufacturing industry and the technical innovation advantage in medium and small enterprises ,the paper sums up the measuring and appriaise theory of process innovation ability in medium and small enterprises, forcasting the develop trend of process innovation,measuring and appriaise in medium and small enterprises of manufacturing industry.
