摘　　要：基于广泛的调研 ,我们研究并设计了适合于中国科学院高技术口研究所特点的、易于操作的评价指标体系。本文对该体系的设计原则、价值取向原则、基本结构组成、指标的选取和数据处理方法等进行了讨论和阐述。Based on extensive investigation and study, we designed an evaluation indicator system, which is applicable for the institutes of high-technology R&D, CAS, and is easy to operate. In this paper, the principle of its design and value orientations, the components of its basic structure, the selection of indicators, and the processing methods of data were explained and discussed.
