摘 要:以正电荷密度很高的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺共聚后形成的阳离子有机聚合物为基液 ,添加适量助剂 ,可用于油田油水井压裂改造 ,克服了植物胶压裂液水不溶残渣含量高、破胶不彻底和添加剂组分多、配伍不良所引起的油层伤害难题 ,通过系统评价该压裂液的流变性、携砂能力、粘土稳定效率、防乳破乳效率、破胶效率、滤失性能及储层敏感性 ,并在陇东低渗油田进行了 19井次现场试验 ,有效率 94 .4 % ,累产原油 1.4 6万吨。结果表明 ,该压裂液各项性能指标优良 ,适合于在对注入水质要求严格的低渗油田上应用。MMH fracturing fluid is developed by using organic cationic polymer produced by combined polymerization of dimethyl-dialkylenepropyl ammonium chloride with high positive charges density and acrylamide as base fluid and adding appropriate amount of cleanup additives.It can be used for well fracturing treatment.It solves problems of formation damage led by high-content residue undissolved in water,uncompleted breakdown of colloid,too many components of additives and poor compatibility of vegetable gum fracturing fluid.By 19 well-time field tests in low-permeability oilfields in east Gansu,its effectiveness is 94.4% with accumulative oil production of 14.6×10 3t,and by systematically evaluation of rheological property,proppant-carrying capacity,clay stabilization efficiency,anti-emulsification and demulsification efficiency,efficiency of breakdown of gel,filtration property,and reservoir sensitivity of MMH fracturing fluid,results indicate that each property index of the fracturing fluid is pretty good.It is suitable for the low-penneability oilfields that have strict requirements for the quality of injected water.
