杀虫杀线剂防治蔬菜根结线虫病药效与安全性评价

摘　　要：测定了灭线磷、地亚农、辛硫磷、涕灭威、灭线磷 +辛硫磷、灭线磷 +地亚农蔬菜根结线虫的防治效果以及对蔬菜的安全性进行了评价。结果表明 ,5 %涕灭威颗粒剂对蔬菜根结线虫的防治效果最好 ,用药 4 5天后 ,12 0kg/hm2 和 6 0kg/hm2 分别达 75 4 4 %和 6 5 5 0 % ,其次为 5 0 %灭线磷+辛硫磷 (2∶1)乳油 ,15 0 0 0ml/hm2 和 75 0 0ml/hm2 分别达 74 78%和 6 5 2 6 %。灭线磷分别和辛硫磷、地亚农混用后防治效果均好于辛硫磷和地亚农单剂。地亚农、涕灭威和灭线磷对黄瓜安全 ,辛硫磷和包含辛硫磷的混剂对植株不安全。Meloidogyne incognita were controlled by ethoprophos, diazinon, phoxim, aldicarb, ethoprophos+diazinon, ethoprophos+phoxim Aldicarb applied at 120kg/ha and 60kg/ha showed a high control effect of 75 44% and 65 50% after 45d, ethoprophos+ phoxim (1∶1) applied at 15000ml/ha and 7500ml/ha showed control effect of 74 78% and 65 26% The mixed formulations of ethoprophos+diazinon, ethoprophos+phoxim had higher control effects than diazinon and phoxim used alone Ethoprophos, diazinon and aldicarb were safe, but phoxim and its mixing formulations were unsafe to cucumber
