摘　　要：比较全面、系统地总结了长江重要堤防安全监测工程的实施和研究状况,阐述了常规安全监测技术在已实施堤防防渗工程和穿堤建筑物中的应用效果,并结合工程实际,针对堤防施工、安全监测设计等提出了参考建议。同时,简述了先进的安全监测技术即分布式光纤温度测量技术、同位素示踪探测技术及中子水分仪在堤防工程建设中的应用与发展前景。The research and constuction situations of safety monitoring projects of Yangtze River dike were systematically and comprehensively summed up,and the applications of conventional safety monitoring technology in anti?seepage projects and dike?crossing works in connection with their effects are presented. Combined with the practical conditions of projects, some suggestions were provided for dike construction and design. Meanwhile, the prospect and application of advanced safety monitoring technology were introduced.
