摘　　要：中朝文化背景优势、区位与地缘优势、旅游资源的基础优势以及经济互补优势等是中朝旅游合作的现实基础,通过目前山东半岛与朝鲜旅游经济合作现状来看,两者旅游经济合作程度较浅,并发现存在旅游合作机制不健全、缺乏整体形象定位、政治经济多元化加大二者发展难度等问题,针对这些问题山东半岛对接朝鲜旅游应做必要的战略调整和规划。The realistic foundation for the tourism cooperation between China and North Korea lies in the advantages of cultural background,location and geography,basis for tourism resources,and complementary economy,etc.With a view to the current situation of tourism economy cooperation between Shandong Peninsula and North Korea,there exist such problems as the shallow-level cooperation,unsound cooperation mechanism,lack of overall image positioning,and increased development difficulty because of diverse politics and economy.As for these problems,the necessary strategic adjustment and plan for tourism of Shandong Peninsula docking with North Korea should be made.
