摘 要:为建立废旧电子产品自动化拆卸的评价体系,首先分析了国内外用于产品可拆卸性评价的方法,然后基于对废旧电子产品特点及其自动化拆卸技术实现过程的分析,从技术、经济和环境三大方面构建可行性定量评价体系和方法,进而采用层次分析法-熵权法进行评价集结与排序,从而优选出最适合自动化拆卸的产品。通过对多型号废旧电能表自动化拆卸的评价研究,验证了评价模型的有效性,为拆卸厂商进行电子产品自动化拆卸方案评估提供了决策支持。Disassembly of waste electronic products is an important part of green recycling process. Automatic disassembly system has been considered as a more attractive solution to batch disassembly than manual disassembly due to its higher efficiency and lower health risks. This paper establishes a quantitative evaluation model to assess technological, economic and environmental feasibility of automated disassembly. Both the waste electronic products' characteristics and automatic disassembly process are considered. AHP-entropy method is used to aggregate the evaluation results and thus to identify the most suitable kind of products for automatic disassembly. The evaluation model is validated by the real case study on automatic disassembly of multiple types of waste electricity meters. The results show that our model can provide effective decision support for evaluating automated product disassembly.
